Savage Mondays is a strength conditioning day. We focus on a lot of CORE work, Plyometric, and strength training in a circuit training type of format. Using equipment like TRX, kettlebells, Resistance bands, plyo boxes, medicine balls, and weighted poles. ALL EQUIPMENT USED IS AGE & STRENGTH APPROPRIATE. If you want to get faster and more explosive you have to get stronger!!!!
