Apr 5 @ 5:30 PM – 7:45 PM

-Mon only (Strength & S.S.C. Training) 100$ a month / or 40$ per session

Bring: water, training shoes and clothes

Age: Youth & Middle School

-Wed only (Speed & Agility Training) $120 month/ or 40$ per session

Bring: water, training shoes and clothes, and cleats

Age: Youth, Middle & High School

***Mon & Wed Bundle $180 (8 sessions a month save 140$ a month)

4:30pm-5:45pm Monday (Strength & S.S.C. Training) Bring: water, training shoes and clothes

5:30pm-7:45/8pm Wednesday(Speed & Agility Training) Bring: water, training shoes and clothes, and cleats
