    Waiver to be signed at first session **in person registration only ***Make sure you wear athletic shoes to session (Footwear with good lateral support is recommended for this session; ie: cross trainer type shoes, or basketball shoes. running shoes have limited lateral support and are made to do change of direction type training.)
