-Age: Youth (8/up) Middle School, High school

-Tues  (Speed & Agility Training, Plyo Training, Hip Moblity & Strength)

5:30pm-7:30pm

-wear athletic shoes and bring cleats and water

Located next to tennis courts and blacktop!
